FrozFit ("uygulama", "biz") kişiselleştirilmiş beslenme ve egzersiz takibi sunar. Gizliliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarını açıklar.
1. Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: E-posta adresi ve şifre (Firebase Authentication ile). Misafir olarak da kullanabilirsin.
- Profil ve sağlık verileri: Yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, aktivite düzeyi, hedefler, diyet tercihleri ve alerjiler.
- Kullanım verileri: Beslenme kayıtların, su/öğün/kilo takibin, egzersiz kayıtların, favori ve paylaştığın tarifler.
- Kamera ve fotoğraflar: Yalnızca sen barkod tarama, yemek fotoğrafından tahmin veya tarif fotoğrafı ekleme özelliklerini kullandığında erişilir. Fotoğraflar bu işlemler dışında saklanmaz.
2. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Verilerini yalnızca sana kişiselleştirilmiş kalori/makro planı, takip ve öneri sunmak için kullanırız. Verilerini reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmayız.
3. Veriler nerede saklanır
Verilerin Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication) üzerinde hesabına bağlı olarak güvenli şekilde saklanır. Güvenlik kuralları gereği kendi verilerine yalnızca sen erişebilirsin. Toplulukta paylaştığın tarifler herkese açıktır.
4. Yapay zekâ (AI) özellikleri
AI tarif, koç ve fotoğraf analizi özelliklerini kullandığında; yazdığın istek, ilgili görsel ve profil bağlamın (diyet, alerji, kalori hedefi) yanıt üretmek için güvenli bir proxy sunucusu (Cloudflare Workers) aracılığıyla AI sağlayıcılarına (Google Gemini ve OpenRouter) iletilir. Bu veriler yalnızca yanıt üretmek için kullanılır.
5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
- Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama ve veri saklama
- Google Gemini / OpenRouter — AI yanıtları (proxy üzerinden)
- RevenueCat & Apple App Store — Pro abonelik satın alımları (ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz; Apple işler)
- Open Food Facts — barkodla besin bilgisi sorgulama
6. Abonelikler
FrozFit Pro, Apple App Store üzerinden otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulur. Ödemeler Apple hesabından tahsil edilir ve abonelik ayarlarından yönetilebilir/iptal edilebilir.
7. Verilerini silme
Hesabını ve tüm verilerini silmemizi istersen frozee4715@gmail.com adresine yazman yeterli. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.
8. Çocukların gizliliği
FrozFit 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

FrozFit ("the app", "we") provides personalized nutrition and exercise tracking. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
- Account: Email and password (via Firebase Authentication). Guest use is also available.
- Profile & health data: Age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, dietary preferences and allergies.
- Usage data: Meal logs, water/meal/weight tracking, workout logs, favorite and shared recipes.
- Camera & photos: Accessed only when you use barcode scanning, meal-photo estimation, or recipe photo upload. Photos are not stored beyond these operations.
2. How we use data
We use your data solely to provide your personalized calorie/macro plan, tracking and recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
3. Where data is stored
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication), tied to your account. Security rules ensure only you can access your own data. Recipes you share to the community are public.
4. AI features
When you use AI recipe, coach or photo-analysis features, your prompt, relevant image and profile context (diet, allergies, calorie goal) are sent through a secure proxy (Cloudflare Workers) to AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenRouter) to generate a response. This data is used only to produce the response.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
- Google Gemini / OpenRouter — AI responses (via proxy)
- RevenueCat & Apple App Store — Pro subscription purchases (we never see payment details; Apple handles them)
- Open Food Facts — barcode food lookup
6. Subscriptions
FrozFit Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account and can be managed or cancelled in your subscription settings.
7. Deleting your data
To have your account and all data deleted, email frozee4715@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
FrozFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
